Because of people stealing our
server bandwidth and linking to our file on our server, we've moved
the file to a private server.
To get the link to download a copy of the PDF file
please send
a BLANK email to

WILL GET THIS.
Our system will get it RIGHT AWAY and immediately ( less
than 5 minutes ) it will send back to you a link that you can use to
download the book.
Due to the new USA CANSPAM laws,
if you are not already in our system then the computer will send you
an email asking to CONFIRM that you wish to receive the file.
This way someone can't send in your email and get the file sent to you
when you did not want it.
OF COURSE we are NOT going
to SPAM you, we are NOT going to sell
or rent or lease your name or anything else. We are not
dumb, greedy or stupid.
We DO occasionally send out an email to let you know of new stuff we
have available or when new free stuff is out, but it is NOT that
often, and you can click on CANCEL anytime and OUT of the system you
come.
