manuscript that start it all.  It also has the class room fuel cell addendum with it as well.

The purpose of this book is to encourage the Philosopher Mechanic's revolutionary concept of adding wealth to the planet. So far, the Industrial Revolution has increasingly subtracted wealth. This includes the expenditure of enormous amounts of fossil energy to build and operate some 500 million motorized vehicles. Most of these vehicles burn fossil fuel and emit pollutants. Like many other sectors of the Industrial Revolution this fleet depletes the Earth's wealth of petro-carbons along with clean air and water. Mechanics can utilize their inclination to fix things and convert this fleet of 500 million "Resource Wasters" to “Minus Emissions Vehicles” that make a market for products and practices that add wealth to the Earth.
